Start - Arnold Leisure Centre

Head north on High St toward Cross St

Turn right at Cross St

At the roundabout, take the 2^nd exit onto Coppice Rd

Turn right at Mapperley Plains

Turn left at the roundabout onto Spring Ln

Continue to follow Spring Ln through Lambley to the junction with the Epperstone By Pass/A6097

Turn right onto Epperstone By Pass/A6097

Continue straight onat the first roundabout heading towards Gunthorpe

At the roundabout, take the 1^st exit onto A46

At the next roundabout, take the 2^nd onto 6166 to Newark

Follow this road into Newark. You will arrive at a traffic light junction where you will need to turn right onto the B6326, London Road signposted Grantham (A1)

Grove Leisure Centre is around 1 mile on the left Just after the entrance to the school.
